Refund Policy

All services provided by the Company, including estate cleanouts, Value-Aware Item Assessment, Customer Clean, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), are non-refundable. By scheduling or engaging the Company’s Services, the client acknowledges and agrees that all deposits, payments, and fees paid are final and will not be returned under any circumstances.

The Company may, at its sole discretion, make exceptions in extraordinary circumstances; however, such exceptions shall be rare and fully documented in writing. Clients are encouraged to confirm all service details, estimates, and scheduling prior to making payment to avoid any misunderstandings.

By using the Company’s Services, the client expressly acknowledges and accepts this no-refund policy.
