The Company shall exercise reasonable care in the provision of estate cleanout, Value-Aware Item Assessment, Customer Clean, and related services (the “Services”). Notwithstanding such care, the Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or breakage to any items, property, or belongings, including fragile, delicate, or pre-existing damaged items, arising from or in connection with the performance of the Services.

Clients acknowledge and agree that all items are handled at the client’s sole risk, and the Company shall not be responsible for any consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of sentimental or monetary value. Clients are strongly encouraged to remove, secure, or insure high-value or irreplaceable items prior to commencement of Services.

By engaging the Company’s Services, the client expressly assumes all risk of loss or damage to property and agrees to hold the Company harmless from any claims, demands, or actions arising therefrom.
